Quotes from Secret Book:
– “When you are who they expect you to be, they never look too closely. If you’re furious, let it be fuel.” – Roshani Chokshi, The Gilded Wolves
– “You have nice manners for a thief and a liar,” said the dragon.” – J.R.R Tolkien, The Hobbit or There and Back Again
– “A dream dirty and bruised is better than no dream at all.” – Laini Taylor, Days of Blood and Starlight
– “But then, liars do make the best magicians, and he happened to be exceptional.” – Lisa Maxwell, The Last Magician
– “Some people steal to stay alive and some steal to feel alive. Simple as that.” – V.E. Schwab, A Darker Shade of Magic
– “There is no freedom quite like the freedom of being constantly underestimated.” – Scott Lynch, The Lies of Locke Lamorn

Book: Interesting. Reminds me of the quote about Jack of All trades and it seems to be a thieves novel. I have high hopes for it.

And now back to your regularly scheduled yearly wrap up posts.
