APRIL: The one series I read for OWLS. It took me a long time to get to reread this series, to be honest. I’ve had it on my shelf for the longest time just starring at me. Anyway, expect more April Book reviews for the next few weeks. And then May will fall after that. I have plans to read only classics (no reviews) in June. So hopefully I’ll read enough next month to make up for June.
MAY: So I didn’t finish these three books in April. I had tried but it didn’t work out, which is fine. I have the last two to read, and I figure I can get them done quick.
MAY Update: I got these two done, hooray! After not reading much of anything for May, book wise, this is amazing. Alright.

Well this box had so many tings that I love, so I highly doubt that it was a bad decision rn. I should be getting my FL box for March this week? (Officially by end of day tomorrow, but IDK if I trust that). Unicorn May has been changed to May/June, and FL April should ship sometime in the next two weeks. LOL if you could see my white board that has all my shipments that are supposed to arrive, you’d be stressed. Cuz I’m stressed. LOLOL.

Alright, so I didn’t finish all the books on my list. I didn’t end up reading the last two books for The Negotiator Trilogy, but that’s fine. They weren’t on the OWLs list anyway. I had a hard time reading this month because of lack of motivation to. Next month will probably be better, I would assume at least. We shall find out as we approach the end.
Either way I finished my OWLs AGAIN! I can’t wait for my NEWTs. I might do a reflection post next week. Not sure.

The crisp air was scented in cinnamon and roasted chestnuts. The light flurry of falling snow, dusted surfaces that had been cleaned a few hours ago, silver metal becoming cooler to the touch with each passing second. It was the season of ice once more. Solstice had come and Midwinter was upon us. Today was the night that the feasting would begin, the sacrifices would begin, the celebrations would fester.
I breathed out deeply, trying to contain my excitement. My breath slipped out into the air, hot, visible, thick. Rubbing my hands together I let myself simmer in the upcoming festivities. The air stirred above us beckoning us to its grasp. The clouds were dark and spinning, the moon lighting the sky and peaking through when the clouds so wished.
