From Olympus with Love: Owl Crate

Oh. This is… Late. Whoops. I guess that’s what happens when all the shipments are a bit late. Anyway! Here you go!

JANUARY 2021 Owl Crate: From Olympus With Love

What the Box contains:

  • Hermes Felt Letter Board Kit with a zippered pouch made by Team owlcrate
  • Lunar Calendar Tapestry by Eden Cooke with Artemis and Athena on it.
  • Olive Branches Pin Banner designed by Michelle Gray
  • Nectar of the Gods Loose Leaf Tea by Riddle’s Tea Shoppe
  • Wooden Bookmark designed by In The Reads inspired by The Song of Achilles and Circe.
  • Lore by Alexandra Bracken.
  • Medusa Shield Enamel Pin designed by Icey Designs.

Things I’ll use: I’m going to give the lunar calendar to my friend in OH. The Felt Letter Board I LOVE. I’ve already imprinted it with my personal quote. The pin banner my father requested, so I’m giving it to him so he can use it for his own pins. The tea looks good, but I will have to try it. And then the pin goes on my existing flag. This box was so pretty in terms of a color theme. I love it.

Quotes from Secret Book:
– Pin: “The eyes of the gods are upon you.”
– Bookmark side one: “There are rare moments when another soul dips near yours as stars once a year brush the earth. Such a constellation he was to me.
– Bookmark side two: “I would know him in death. At the end of the world.”

Book: The papers were bent in the back. T–T. IDK what happened but when I pulled it from the plastic, it was crumpled in the back. Gonna have to give the book some lovin’ to fix that. I like how this cover is black, save for the medusa statue which is white. It creates a lot more definition that the og cover does not have. I think I’m getting this book in my FL book box, so I’m looking forward to that. One of the copies will go to my friend in OH.

And now back to your regularly scheduled yearly wrap up posts.
