Alright, this is the only post for this Tuesday. Next Tuesday I’ll have September’s tea out and then first week in November will be October. Or that’s the goal at least. I have no idea how this will actually play out. Regardless, here we go!
Month: August 2019

Turmeric Peach & Moringa by Tipson Tea

This tea is made from organic lemongrass, organic moringa, organic turmeric, and natural peach flavor.
The turmeric is powerful in this tea, but it is balanced by the lemongrass and the peach flavoring. I don’t think I was aptly prepared for this tea, not to say that I hate it, just that I wasn’t ready for it. In general it is very energizing. I suppose, that is the only way to explain it.
This tea is caffeine-free.

Brilliant Berry Blooming Tea by Flower Pot Tea

This tea is made from Jasmine flowers, marigold flowers, gomphrena flowers, white tea, and natural flavors.
I don’t actually think I did this tea justice by having it only in a cup, but what can you do? This tea never really fully expanded when I put it in a cup, so I would have to try to see if it would in, or I suppose it did and it just wasn’t as pretty as I expected. Either way the tea was too betty for me. I’d be willing to try another flavor tho.
This tea has low levels of caffeine.

Organic Mint Fields by The Republic of Tea

This tea is made from organic spearmint, organic peppermint, and organic lemon balm.
This is a strong mint tea and the spearmint is front and center. If you don’t like the flavor of spearmint, I do not recommend. I think of spearmint like gum, or toothpaste, honestly, but this was not horrible
Tis tea is caffeine-free.

Chamomile Delight Green Tea by Udyan Tea

This tea is made from green tea, chamomile flowers, and rosemary.
You can taste the way the rosemary and green tea interact, with the hint of chamomile. I think that the chamomile works well, a sort of aftertaste from the initial green tea and rosemary mix. I most certainly recommend this one. Is it my favorite Chamomile tea I’ve had? No, but it was nice.
This tea has low levels of caffeine.

I’m a little sad about the blooming tea, but I have hopes for them in the future. I will try, try again. This time, hopefully with an actual tea pot. That would be wonderful. Otherwise, I will see you next week with the next set of tea posts.
