Alright, so I’m back. Today as we get back into the swing of things, I present to you my June TBR. As you noticed, I did complete much of my May TBR. I am looking forward to this TBR, as it has a few of the books I’ve been dying to read on it.
I only have two lists this time as i move on forward: Single novel list and the Series reread list. I will get through single novels, the question is. Will I get through the series reread? I doubt it.
Single Novel List
- The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne
- The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseinh
- Sorcery for Beginners by
- The Bone Charmer by
- Spindle Fire by
- Girls of Paper and Fire by
- Wicked Saints by Emily A. Duncan
- The Cruel Prince by Holly Black
- The Wicked King by Holly Black
This is effectively going to be a mass running headfirst into all sorts of magic and magic worlds. Some with books I am really excited for (see, The Cruel Prince/The Wicked King and Wicked Saints). Some that I have never heard of, and others that are ones that I have been interested in a — seems interesting, sort of way.
I know I said that I wouldn’t read Cruel Prince until I had reread her other series but… that’s not happening. I’m in desperate need to read it, and it’s happening now. Don’t expect book reviews for The Scarlet Letter or Kite Runner.
Redwall Novels by Brian Jacques reread
- The Pearls of Lutra
- The Long Patrol
- The Taggerung
- Rakkety Tam
- High Rhulain
- The Sable Quean
- The Rogue Crew
As I said in May’s TBR, this is a running TBR for the Year of 2019. At one point I had thought myself powerful enough to get through them in a month. How I was a fool. BUT! We are slowly chipping away at this 22 book series, so can I really complain?
Lol I didn’t finish any of these in May, so my goal is to try to chip away this list in June. As such, I haven’t added another reread book series. (I have two more to get through).
I’m not sure when or how fast I’ll get this all done, but it is the goal. Also, my house editions for HP 3 came in. Expect photos on my insta.
Let’s get reading.
