Story time: I realized all too late that this book box had something wrong with it. I saw the notification on instagram about the shipment having disappeared before I got the email. When I got the email, they said that it should ship within that week, but I did not get the shipping email until sometime last week and didn’t get the box until Thursday. This has been all sorts of stressful but its okay because I wasn’t planning on reading the book this month anyway!

Things I’ll use: I don’t think I have gotten a box yet that has such little things I will truly use. I’ll keep and place a lot of things, but nothing really called to me (but the book) The Diagon alley necklace I’ll place with my other HP merchandise. The pin banner I won’t use until I fill up the other one (It’s really pretty though). The mug rug, I will not use. It’ll go wit my fox collection. The fortune cookie I will eat and the mug I will use.
Things I probably won’t use: The candle. I don’t use candles. The coin purse. I don’t use coin purses. I won’t really use the necklace or the mug rug or the pin banner (yet). So I suppose that is that.
Book: I kinda lost my breath when I saw this book. The pages are so pink! They match the color of the cover so perfectly. I can not wait to read this book although, I will not be reading it until September or perhaps October. I have seen this book on a lot of bookstagrams so I am interested in it. Plus it is based on a myth that I know nothing about, which makes it all the more interesting to read. I am happy it’s not a book I have been extremely interested in, this way I don’t feel too bad waiting for a few months.
Fortune Cookie add on: It tasted kinda smoky. It actually didn’t really like the taste of it, and I can’t really place my finger why. Fortune was “The heart is an arrow. It demands aim to and true.” Leigh Bardugo, Six of Crows.
Alright, so my next book boxes (I’m getting two) should be in later this month. I should get the shipping notifications this week or next week. I can’t believe we are already almost 1/2 through the month! Time sure does fly. If you have anything you want to ask me, feel free to contact me.
Until Next Time,
MM
