Alright first review for today! I am hoping that the series review is done today. I am not sure that it will get it out today, but I am hoping that it will! Here is to hoping for it! As for now, book three on this series that slowly killed me.
Customary warning: This is a reminder that these are my personal opinions. My thoughts and feelings are not your thoughts and feelings. I may not always be the target audience for a book; sometimes I am. If I do not like a book, that doesn’t mean you’ll dislike it. If I love a book or simply like a book, you may hate it. Take everything I say with this knowledge. If it sounds interesting to you despite what I’ve said, then go ahead and read it. You’ll only know you like something if you read it yourself.
That being said… Spoilers ahead.

Initial Thoughts Before Reading:
Alright book 3 out of 4. And I’m just like. What will happen now. I think that out of all the books, I’m the most excited for this. It is not often in novels that we get the vampire having to blend in with the vampire hunters. For that I am excited, because I don’t know how this will go. Will it be entertaining, or more stupid pining? Find out soon!
Initial Thoughts After Reading:
I am just… Is this the worst book? It feels like it. Oh my god. I have decided that I just CANT with Bianca anymore. I just. I’m… Why does she have to be like this??? I like hate everyone equally now.
Plot Overview:
Bianca is on lockdown with the rest of the group, after their hit on Evernight. She is running out of blood fast. She is being trained to be a Hunter but is not doing too well. Raquel loves it. They are forced to flee their hideout and go to New York City, and hide out again at another sect. Lucas is able to get Bianca out and she feeds, and sends an email to her parents. The email is then used to trace her location and the sect is attacked by Ms. Bethany.
Balthazar is captured and seven people died. Bianca and Lucas are able to free Balthazar by faking his death. She then feeds from Lucas who is having more symptoms of becoming a vampire. They are on strict lock down and Lucas sneaks Bianca blood packets, and thats when Dana and Raquel see her drink.
Raquel turns them in, and they are then shipped off for testing. Dana breaks them out and they flee to Vic who lets them stay at his house (he knows the truth, and did the whole time LOL). Bianca gets a job but then she starts to get dizzy a lot. They are attacked on her birthday by Charity, and then Bianca dies and becomes a wraith. Balthazar arrives and speaks with Lucas. Bianca has to figure out what it means to be a wraith, and then Lucas dies in another attack from Charity.
What I Liked:
Vic knowing the whole time; This guy seems like an idiot, but he caught on immediately. And I think that is hilarious, because of course he did.
Balthazar; As always, he is amazing.
Lucas; honestly after everything he’s been through for Bianca, I do like him more.
What I Would Have Liked or Changed:
Bianca; WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? My god. She pissed me off more than I have ever been pissed off. I let the first two books slide, but after this I would have dropped the series if it weren’t for the fact that I’m a completionist. She is making so many stupid choices and acting like a naive fool, even though she KNOWS better. How much can she mess up? She’s already killed multiple people in her mistakes. I just, can’t.
